Description
This was a wonderful commission to work on. A dancing grey crowned crane was the prompt - and dance they do, during their courtship displays! Even if, admittedly, with a fair bit of silliness to our human perception. It provided a good opportunity to show off those beautifully marked wings; stark black-and-white accented with a lovely deep red brown and golden plumes to match their crown; as well as the overflowing grace of these birds.
