Hey everyone, here is the second weekly round of daily birds! They still take me quite long, definitely longer than I would like them to, and combined with my studies I haven't had much time to work on any other art. I've been experimenting with settings timers, as you can see with the Black heron, though I don't really like the stressful drawing. But either way it's great practice, and lots of fun. Surprisingly easy to keep up with too - drawing these each day has now become a routine.
A couple of species have just a few drawings for them (or silly comments written alongside them..), those where from the days when the clock told 23:00 and the birds still had to be drawn But I haven't missed a day so far and I am pleased with that. As you can see it was only herons this week! No matter, I love them a lot. Among these are my favourites, the Great white egret and the Goliath heron, so I was more than happy to draw those guys. I hope you all enjoy and maybe learn something cool!
Again, all drawings referenced off photos from The Internet Bird Collection ibc.lynxeds.com/
