OTHER INFO: This particular female has numerous scars due to Killer whale (Orcinus orca) attacks on her and her calf(s). OTHER INFO: The amount of white on flippers and underside differs from place to place and from ocean to ocean. - The underside of a Humpback whale's flukes is as unique as a person's fingerprint. Biologists use the underside of their flukes to identify induviduals.
